• Both chapels are wheelchair-accessible and fitted with hearing-loop systems.

• The service structure is flexible: families can choose from full ceremonies, shorter services, or direct cremation (no chapel service), depending on preference.

Personalisation, Media & Tribute Options

Colwyn Bay Crematorium offers modern tribute facilities. An Obitus music system is available, and an organ can be used at no extra cost.

Services can be webcast, and video or photo tributes displayed. For those unable to attend, the webcast — or a saved recording (DVD/USB) — ensures they can still take part.

Families can also request to view the coffin being placed in the cremator — with prior notice — at present this is limited to 6 people at a time.
